Coffee Bagger/Production Floor Assistant

Hi! We are hiring for the position of coffee bagger for the upcoming summer season! This position is part-time to start, with the potential for full-time if it’s a good fit. It’s a pretty chill job and you don’t need experience. There’s a decent amount of customer interaction in our retail store, but primarily this is a production job. You mostly need to be nice and get along with us (and we're super nice). You do stand most of the day, but the days go by quick. What you should bring? Good hand/eye coordination. Attention to detail. Ability and willingness to work in the heat. Be a happy person that likes to work with a small tight-knit team. The job is, essentially, bagging roasted coffee and filling orders for wholesale and web customers. You'll definitely learn a bit about coffee too. If you're interested in learning more about the coffee world and what goes into roasting and tasting, you'll get a good education. Last summer's crew was awesome and we are expecting the same this summer. Come join!!

Compensation:

$17/hour + tips.

Free take home coffee.

Summer bonus if you stay through Labor day (or pretty darn close).

Employee discount (30%) after 6 months of employment.
