    Positions

    Production & Packaging Manager

    We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things well and enjoys working alongside a team of like-minded people who are committed to quality, continuous improvement, honest communication, and supporting one another. We value people who enjoy sharing ideas, solving problems together, and helping everyone around them succeed.

    This is much more than a packaging position. As our Production & Packaging Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping our production operation running smoothly while helping lead and develop our production team. If you're someone who enjoys organizing people, improving systems, and creating an efficient, positive work environment, we'd love to meet you.

    We strongly prefer candidates who already live on or near Cape Cod and can begin commuting immediately.

    What You'll Do

    • Package roasted coffee accurately and efficiently
    • Prepare wholesale and online customer orders
    • Coordinate daily workflow within our packaging and production department
    • Train, mentor, and support production team members
    • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production floor
    • Monitor inventory of bags, labels, boxes, and other packaging supplies
    • Receive and organize incoming inventory
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, organization, and efficiency
    • Work closely with management to continually improve production systems and processes
    • Take ownership of keeping the department organized, stocked, and prepared for each day's production

    Coffee experience is not required. We can teach coffee.

    Production Assistant (Coffee Bagger) for a year-round position.

    This role can be part-time or full-time.

    This is primarily a production position—you’ll be bagging roasted coffee, fulfilling wholesale and online orders, and helping keep our production flow smooth and organized. There is some customer interaction in our retail space, but most of your time will be spent on the production floor.

    It’s a relaxed, team-oriented environment—but we take quality and consistency seriously.

    What You’ll Do

    • Bag and label roasted coffee accurately and efficiently
    • Fulfill wholesale and web orders
    • Help maintain a clean and organized production space
    • Occasionally assist customers in the retail area

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good hand-eye coordination
    • Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
    • Comfortable working on your feet for most of the day
    • Willingness to work in a warm production environment
    • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a small, tight-knit team

    No prior coffee or production experience is required—we’ll train you.

    If you’re interested in coffee, you’ll also get exposure to roasting, tasting, and the behind-the-scenes of how a small roastery operates.
