Coffee Bagger/Production Floor Assistant
Job description:
Hi! We’re currently hiring a Production Assistant (Coffee Bagger) for the upcoming spring/summer season.
This role is part-time to start, with the potential to grow into full-time for the right person.
This is primarily a production position—you’ll be bagging roasted coffee, fulfilling wholesale and online orders, and helping keep our production flow smooth and organized. There is some customer interaction in our retail space, but most of your time will be spent on the production floor.
It’s a relaxed, team-oriented environment—but we take quality and consistency seriously.
What You’ll Do
- Bag and label roasted coffee accurately and efficiently
- Fulfill wholesale and web orders
- Help maintain a clean and organized production space
- Occasionally assist customers in the retail area
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working on your feet for most of the day
- Willingness to work in a warm production environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a small, tight-knit team
No prior coffee or production experience is required—we’ll train you.
If you’re interested in coffee, you’ll also get exposure to roasting, tasting, and the behind-the-scenes of how a small roastery operates.

Delivery & Operations Support
Job Overview
We are a specialty coffee roastery focused on producing high-quality, expressive, and approachable coffees. We work with wholesale partners and direct customers and take pride in doing things the right way — consistently and with attention to detail.
The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to handle deliveries and support day-to-day operations at the roastery on a year-round basis.
This role is a key part of keeping things running smoothly — from getting coffee to our customers on time to helping maintain an organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Deliver coffee to wholesale accounts on scheduled routes
- Load and unload orders (bags, boxes, etc.)
- Maintain delivery schedules and communicate any issues
- Assist with basic warehouse organization and upkeep
- Support day-to-day operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
This role is a great fit for someone who:

- Communicates clearly and professionally
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Comfortable driving in various conditions (including winter)
Schedule
- 3–5 days per week (flexible depending on candidate)
- Daytime hours
This job has the potential to be full-time/salaried after one-year. Then it would also include three weeks paid vacation.
