Black Fish Creek Blend
What we like to call our super-dark roast. This one is named after the inlet halfway into Wellfleet that frames stunning sunsets at high tide and reveals the richest, darkest soil at low tide. Our darkest and most popular blend. Never set in stone, but always with a high altitude, high grade Ethiopian coffee at it’s core. Big and full-bodied with dark chocolate notes in the front and finishing with red berry and melon. This is the one that John created for himself.
