Our most recent Ethiopian Natural comes to us via producer Israel Defega in the Oromia region. This heirloom varietal is grown at 2100-2300 MASL and features a 96 hour dry fermentation process.  In the cup it is bright and delicate. A sweet tropical fruit bomb with hints of Jasmine.  Truly outstanding.
