We have been loving washed Ethiopians and this one is no exception to that feeling.  Tropical fruits abound (we get mostly melon and kiwi) -- super clean and bright with a sweet and silky mouthfeel.  Great balance and complexity. Light Roast.

Koba means false banana named after the inedible plant that grows in the region.  For our purposes, it is also the name of the town that houses the washing station for this delightful coffee.
